Ubuntu Round Tables Evaluation Report: Ten Boroughs

The Ubuntu Round Tables Project that the Tutu Foundation UK and Youth Futures implemented across ten Boroughs across London working with local Youth Provisions. One of the significant parts of this project, and our work, is that it was evaluated by an independent team, led by Dr Bankole Cole from Sheffield Hallam University.

The project was undertaken in order to demonstrate an idea. We knew when we began that it as not perfect. That was, and is, one of the reasons for beginning the project. The objective was to understand whether or not the approach, underpinned by the philosophy of Ubuntu, was effective and how we can deliver the approach effectively.

This is the evaluation report. We are pleased to be able to share it, to share what we have learnt.
